Our Team
At TechIQ for Seniors, our team is made up of passionate students volunteers who are committed to using their technical knowledge for social good. By partnering with local organizations, community centers, and high schools we work to create inclusive learning environments that foster confidence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Phoebe Jin-Ngo
Founder & CEO
In founding TechIQ for Seniors, a nonprofit organization, I was inspired by my grandparents and great aunts and uncles, who often asked me questions about technology: “How do I use my messaging app?” “How do I make a new contact?” I realized that many seniors lack someone they can turn to for help, which led to the creation of TechIQ for Seniors. Our goal is to support older adults by providing education and personalized tech support that helps them confidently navigate today’s technology. With the help of students from local high schools, the program brings me great joy by combining my love for connecting with people and making technology more accessible.

Oliver Cheng
COO of Orange County
For the past year, I have been a member of TechIQ for Seniors, helping manage the Orange County locations. I was inspired to join after hearing Phoebe's story about her grandparents and realizing how many seniors struggle with everyday technology, from using messaging apps to managing contacts and staying connected with loved ones. Through personalized one-on-one support and educational workshops, I have helped seniors build confidence in their technological abilities. Being part of TechIQ for Seniors has been incredibly rewarding, as it combines my passion for connecting with people with my desire to make technology more accessible and empowering for everyone.

Marlow Rogers
COO of Santa Barbara
Marlow Rogers is a Santa Barbara-based computer science student and the COO of TechIQ for Seniors' Santa Barbara division. His journey began close to home, helping his own grandmother navigate the technology that so much of modern life depends on. That experience made one thing clear: the need extended far beyond one family. Marlow brought TechIQ's mission to Santa Barbara to give local seniors the same patient, personalized support, and his work there has grown into something he is proud to call his own. For Marlow, helping seniors access technology is about more than troubleshooting devices; it is about keeping people connected to the world around them.
